All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. We use UPS and freight companies to ship our products. If a product weighs more then 150 pounds we ship the item by freight. Shipping Guidelines For large tool box orders or items over 150 pounds please call 1-877-9 TORERO (1-877-986-7376) to arrange freight shipping. Freight shipments to a residential address or locations needing a lift gate may have additional shipment charges. At check out you will see a screen that shows Zero Dollars for shipping, this does not mean shipping is free. We will call you before we run your credit card to confirm the shipping total. Orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 24 to 72 hours.
Exchange and Return Guidelines:
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days. To facilitate the return, keep the original receipt. Merchandise must be in a new, unused condition, in order to return merchandise. Return authorization can be obtained by calling us at 805-553-9363 extension # 101. Once your refund has been approved, your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase after the item is returned. Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping costs will not be paid by Torero Industries when returning an item.
Warranty issues will be solved by the factory. Torero does not repair or fix any products. Any warranty claims are handled and fixed directly by the factory. Please follow the instructions in your box if you have a damaged or defective product. Quality and customer satisfaction is our primary focus.
